If you would like to port out your number from Freephoneline to another carrier, please contact the new carrier to process the request on your behalf. Please ensure that you submit a copy of your latest invoice to your new carrier. If you do not know your account number, you can request it by contacting support by clicking the link below.
NOTE: There is a $20 port out fee for Freephoneline accounts that are less than 30 days old. Please contact support at the above link to arrange for payment of the port out fee, otherwise porting will be rejected.
Accounts which were previously ported to Freephoneline or accounts which have purchased the Voip Unlock Key that are less than 30 days old are not subject to the port out fee.
