Why isn't my service working internationally

We cannot guarantee that your service will work outside of Canada due to different networks around the world.

Here are a few troubleshooting tips to help you while you're travelling:

  • Ensure that you're using high-speed internet or at least 2MB per second internet speeds
  • Update your application to the most recent version before leaving (if possible, uninstall, download the latest version and reinstall)
