1. Login to your account. Click on "Settings" and then "Voicemail Settings".
2. Select your Voicemail to Email preference:
- Copy = Your voicemail will be sent to your email and it will stay in your voicemail inbox (accessed by dialling *98)
- Forward = Your voicemail will go to your email only and is not stored in your voicemail inbox
3. Enter your Voicemail Forwarding Email address and click "Update".
