My Account is Blocked

If you hear a message when you try to place a call that your account is blocked, the most likely reason is that you are using a account with unauthorized SIP credentials (Voip Unlock Key) on an ATA or 3rd party SIP client.

If you would like to restore your account, please log in to your FPL account at, go to the Online Store and purchase a Voip Unlock Key.

Once you have purchased a key, submit a support ticket at Fongo Support and we will restore your account, no questions asked.

Sometime we make mistakes, if your account is blocked and you have previously purchased a Voip Unlock Key, please submit a support request with your proof of purchase.
