ATA and SIP clients with a Caller ID string containing non-alphanumeric characters will prevent you from making outgoing calls. To correct this issue, please remove the non-alphanumeric characters, or place the Caller ID string in quotation marks on your ATA or SIP client. See examples below.
BAD Caller ID: Joe & Sarah
GOOD Caller ID: "Joe & Sarah"
BAD Caller ID: Joe's Brewpub & Grill
GOOD Caller ID: "Joe's Brewpub & Grill"
